This service offers non contract clients an opportunity to purchase a block of 10 or more support hours at a reduced rate. Clients are allocated the number of hours purchased against their records in our system. A minimum of 1 hour will be deducted for each site visit and 30 minutes for each remote session. General enquires and advice will incur no charges.

We can provide regular preventative maintenance visits to your site and tailor these to suite your requirements. The aim of these visits is to identify and rectify potential problems before they become mission critical. Once checks and updates of your systems have been completed, the remainder of the visit can be used for whatever IT requirements you may have: Installing software/hardware, updating asset registers or user training.
